Tom Schulz is the owner and craftsman behind Elegant Touch Stained Glass. He first learned his craft in the 1990s, then opened Elegant Touch in 2001. The original location was Canandaigua, NY. In 2015, Tom moved Elegant Touch to its present location in Shortsville, NY.
